Founded by Chris Tinta and James Webb, LINK Advisors exists to deliver real value and a lot more than a tax return and a bill at the end of the year. Having worked in traditional firms and seen the lack of client satisfaction, they started something different, and hundreds of happy clients later, the idea holds.

Chris leads the accounting team.

A Chartered Accountant and Xero specialist, Chris is the person behind the model the firm runs on: a fixed monthly fee, unlimited access to your advisor, and answers inside 24 hours. The reasoning is simple and he is unmovable on it. If picking up the phone might cost you money, you stop picking up the phone, and the advice arrives too late to change anything.

Day to day he is across the technical work: structures, tax positions, the calls that need a real answer rather than a maybe. He also sits on the board of LINK Wealth, which is how a client's tax position and their long-term plan end up being designed together instead of separately.

James drives the group's direction.

James co-founded LINK Advisors after working inside traditional firms and watching the same thing happen over and over: clients who were compliant, billed, and none the wiser about their own business. The brief for LINK was the opposite, and it has not changed since.

His work now is the shape of the wider group. Accounting, bookkeeping, finance, wealth and property sit under one roof so that a business owner gets one connected team rather than five disconnected suppliers who have never spoken. He also leads the group's creative and culture divisions, and is a director at LINK Wealth and the founder of LINK Books.
