We have a complete privacy policy available at link.com.au. It covers LINK Advisors (ABN 60 614 982 464) and every other LINK division - what we collect, why, who we disclose it to, how it is held, and how to access it, correct it or complain.
One policy for the whole group, kept in one place - so it is always the current version.
What runs on this website
The group policy says what runs on each site differs. Here is the answer for linkadvisors.com.au:
- Google Analytics - which pages people read and where they leave.
- Google Ads tag - which advertising led to an enquiry.
- Meta pixel - the same for Facebook and Instagram, and it lets us show ads to people who have visited the site.
- Vercel Analytics - page counts, with no cookies at all.
- Chatbase - the chat bubble in the corner. What you type into a conversation is held by Chatbase, our chat provider, and is separate from the enquiry form.
The first three are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which means the list can be changed by our marketing team without a website release. If you want the current list for the day you are reading this, ask the Privacy Officer using the contact details in the LINK Privacy Policy.
The calculators all work in your browser. Nothing you type into them reaches us unless you fill in your details and press send - close the tab and it is gone. The only cookies you will find here are the ones set by the tools listed above; the site’s own code sets none, and Vercel Analytics works without cookies at all. Block or clear them and everything on the site keeps working. None of it is connected to your client file.
