This is our second year engaging Link for our returns. They are methodical, diligent and genuinely seek the best for you. Special mention to our fabulous accountant Su thank you for all your help this year! Can't recommend them highly enough.

1 year of poor service with non expert team, total money waste for personal and especially for the company taxes, thousands of unnecessary taxes paid, wrong monthly reports, annual lodgements, BAS, advice for assets, advice for restructure, advice for CGT, charging subscriptions and extras then refunding if you catch them, really insane experience. Link was a cold blooded service provider with no empathy and care and no minimum competence for even basic accounting/calculations and definitely no competence for sophisticated tax advice. They made several mistakes worth tens of thousands of dollars in unnecessary taxes which I proved, they had to admit most but without taking accountability in general or offering to rectify, they are blaming softwares for inability to use brains and expertise to make calculations. Trying to leverage with AI and automations but actually creating more chaos. Director is untouchable and unreachable , he only puts signatures on BAS and Income Tax lodgements without checking the scrambled inaccurate financial statements prepared by those overloaded admins who have no time to dedicate for double checking information and just throwing thousands like they are millionaires and not office salary workers

I engaged this firm to act in the best interests of my business. During our working relationship, they entered into business arrangements with an individual who was actively litigating against me. This was not disclosed at the time and was only addressed after I raised the issue myself. In my view, transparency and proactive disclosure are fundamental in any professional advisory relationship. Regardless of technical definitions around conflict, the lack of openness significantly impacted trust and confidence. For that reason, I chose to move my business elsewhere.

Long standing Link customer that was recently moved on. I had excellent service from many of the direct team that handled my accounts for almost a decade. However, continual price increases and no explanation or justification behind them and ultimately having to deal with Dewan who was rude and completely lacking of empathy. I recommend doing your research of options you have in Brisbane if you are a small business and avoid working with Dewan.

Initially had a great experience however since lodging my tax return I noticed discrepancies in what I was told and what was reflected and have not received my payment despite my partner receiving his 3 days ago, I have sent multiple emails and called without any response, very disappointing considering the amount I was charged to have the return processed.

Long time Link Customer but service really dropped off in later years. Prices went up, service went down. Certainly understand price increases, but when asking for more details around prices - it's met with a rude attitude. Some great people in the team, Dewan isn't one of them.
