The Link team is a very well organised and professional team. The company uses automation well to create seamless... workflows and collaboration between an accountant and a client business.As a software and technology head, I appreciate and respect that a lot. It's not Link's domain of expertise, but they still got aware of automation, its importance, benefits and value, and implemented it very well. It says to me that they know what they are doing and can actually execute.On top of all that was said above, my business got assigned Ru as an accountant. She does a great job and, de facto, approaches things almost as if she is my company's CFO. I like that she is professional and confident in what she is doing and not straight up buying into my ideas on the business finances to please me just because I am a client. But she tries to understand them and see how they fit in the long run. She has no problem pushing back on them if they are not in my and my business interests.Overall I am happy with Link and the services provided. I found them here on Google reviews, where I've read through many comments trying to assess if they are fake or not, if they make sense or not etc. and should I switch to them or not. An accountant can make a world of difference to a business and be the best wingman small business owner can have, and it's not a simple decision.Link proved to be an excellent choice for me and my business.
