New QLD government grants opened now
The QLD Government announced three new small business grant programs worth $25 million over the next two years.
- The Business Basics - opens 31 May 2021
- Business Boost - opens late July 2021
- Business Growth Fund – opens 11 May 2021
These grants will target specific groups within the sector and are being rolled out now.
The Business Growth Fund (BGF) grants of up to $50,000 will allow businesses to buy highly specialised equipment to seize and accelerate growth opportunities.
The Business Basics grants of up to $5,000 each support new and emerging businesses to increase core capabilities and adopt current best practice.
The Business Boost grants of up to $15,000 will help small businesses to improve their efficiency and productivity through organisational development and upgrades through automated software and CRM systems. Grants can be used for website development and upgrades, strategic marketing, training and coaching, advisory services and planning for business continuity and succession.
